How do I choose the right surfboard?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide except to Asia (due to customs restrictions) and some remote islands/regions. Some high-value items may have additional shipping restrictions.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95, 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Free on orders over $50, 15-25 business days after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Order before 12 PM PST for possible same-day processing!

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. For real-time updates, download the carrier’s app (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
You have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused with original tags and packaging. Email us at [email protected] to start the process. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method.
